Civil Unrest on Egypt and Heritage

War and civil unrest are two major risks to Heritage sites and artifacts, as we are sadly reminded almost daily. After the catastrophic sequence of events on Iraq, now it is Egypt on the headlines:

In the light of the catastrophe, it has been reported that citizens have united, locked arms, to protect The Egyptian Museum in Cairo from looting:
