Eduardo Valle obtained his Ph.D. on Computer Sciences at the Université de Cergy-Pontoise, France in 2008, having previously obtained his M.Sc. on Computer Sciences at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), Brazil in 2003. He is interested on multidimensional indexing, multimedia databases, content-based information retrieval (CBIR), classification and learning. He has a soft spot for the applications of IT in the domain of Cultural Heritage.
